CLASS INFO & PRICE OPTIONS
Classes are either arranged by clients (minimum of 3) unless openings are available in current classes, I am also happy to group people and set times for new classes upon request.
First-time clients are offered an initial introductory session is $65.
*please allow 75 minutes for this class as it includes a postural assessment
An introductory package of 3 privates is also available at $195.
*I suggest all clients come in for a private prior to with a partner.
*1-3 private sessions are required for those interested in joining group sessions.
PRIVATES
1 session $85 // 5 sessions $400 // 10 sessions $750*

HOUSE CALLS available // please contact me for a quote.
90 minute private sessions are available by request.
*90 minutes are usully good for people that need deep release work or heavy stretching in accordance to their strength training, or have inuries/specific concerns they want to address.
PREGNANT or NEW MOTHERS
I have a lot of experience working with women that are pregnant or have newborns. I am happy to support women during this special time in their lives. Pilates is extremely good for preparing the body for childbirth and also provides a strong foundation that allows quicker and easier recovery. I have a number of holistic resources that can also support your during this time in accordance with your doctor. I am happy to work with you if you need to bring your baby or young child with you . I am supportive and am flexible with new mothers.

ETIQUETTE
You will want to wear clothes that are comfortable and provide room for movement.
It is preferred but not required that you bring socks for comfort and cleanliness.
There is a 24 hour cancellation or rescheduling policy.
